Resetting the watch to its factory defaults often solves issues which cannot be resolved by any other means. If you are resetting the watch due to connectivity issues, make sure you have tried the steps in the “Connectivity” section before you do a full reset.

Follow these steps to unpair the watch from your phone and reset it to its factory defaults:

1. Log out from your account

In the Festina Connected app select Settings > My account > Account settings > Log out

2. Forget watch

In the Festina Connected app select Settings > Your watch > Forget watch.

3. Unpair the watch from your phone

Unpair the Festina watch in your phone's Bluetooth settings if it's still listed as a paired device.

4. Restart your phone

5. Uninstall and reinstall the Festina Connected app

Uninstall the app to make sure that no faulty configuration persists.

6. Reset your watch

Press and hold the crown on the watch until the Festina logo appears on the display. Then press and hold the top and bottom pushers for 5 seconds, until the watch vibrates.

7. Connect your watch

Open the Festina Connected app and follow the instructions in the application to connect your watch.

8. Log in to your account

In order to save your workout data long term, we recommend that you log in to your account. In the Festina Connected app: select Settings > Account > Log in.
